THE EMBRIQ GROUP

The Embriq group is wholly-owned by Hafslund Venture and consists of the subsidiaries Embriq Systems AS, Embriq Services AB, Hafslund IT, and Elis AS (partly owned).

We are today more than 100 employees and established with offices in Norway and Sweden. Embriq’s paramount objective is to become a leading supplier of AMS systems and software in Scandinavia.

With our own products and in cooperation with partners, Embriq can today offer complete systems and solutions that are necessary to introduce AMS. The infrastructure and collection systems are tested over many years and Embriq can deliver several different types of communication technologies (PLC, Radio, GPRS). The best suited technology is selected in collaboration with the customer based on local conditions.

Embriq has a competent organization with key figures with extensive experience from the electric power and installation businesses. The companies have special expertise within planning and construction of infrastructure for AMS, installation, IT-development, integration together with monitoring and maintenance of AMS infrastructure.


EMBRIQ SYSTEMS AS
Embriq Systems is a continuation of Policom which was established in 2001. The company’s main focus is to supply complete AMS systems and services in Norway.

The business idea of Embriq Systems is to supply products, systems, and services to measure consumption of electricity, district heating, water, and gas. This is based on an open platform that arranges for value-increasing services like control and monitoring of the distribution network and energy-related services to the end-customer.

 Embriq Systems is a leading AMS supplier and has in all over 40 utilities in its customer list.

 Embriq Systems’ platform makes it easy for the customers to combine AMS and operation/organizing of the distribution network.


EMBRIQ SERVICES AB
Embriq Services is a continuation of High Tech Security which was established in 2006. The company’s main focus is to supply operating services on existing AMS systems as well as new systems in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

The business idea of the company is to supply the market’s best concept for operating AMS including consultancy services. The company will also supply complete AMS systems in the defined markets. The systems are based on an open platform that arranges for value-increasing services.

The company’s biggest delivery is a complete AMS system to Göteborg Energi and Lerum Energi that includes supplying complete operating services on these systems in the future.


HAFSLUND IT
Hafslund IT is a full-range supplier of ICT operating services. The main focus of the company is the ICT operating market in Norway. The business idea of the company is to supply standardized and adaptive ICT operating services to public and private enterprises.

The company’s main services are:

–        Outsourcing: Takeover of the customer’s ICT solutions , possibly including the personnel

–        Hosting: Servers, databases and applications

–        Remote operation: Operation of customer-placed and customer-owned ICT solutions including infrastructure

–        Consultancy, project, and on-site services

The company will offer these services to the AMS deliveries of Embriq Systems and Embriq Services.
