HAFSLUND VENTURE AS BUYS POLICOM AS

Hafslund Venture AS has, through its company Embriq Holding AS, during autumn 2009, bought 100% of the company Policom AS. After this buying Policom AS has changed name to Embriq Systems AS. The Embriq-group is now restructured and consists of the whole owned companies Embriq Systems AS (former Policom AS), Embriq Services AB (former High tech Security AB) and Hafslund IT AS.
