Embriq offers operation of the customer's AMI solution.

Operation of advanced AMI solutions are often not the core business to a customer. We offer a modern operations center, where we have a full overview of the infrastructure. We collect meter data and make a validation before forwarding to the customer-value-measurement database. We can offer a flexible and cost-effective operating agreement for our customers.

 The main tasks of our operations organization are:

• Operating support during installation and deployment
• Monitoring AMI infrastructure and communication
• Ensure measurements are collected as agreed
• Perform operational tasks as agreed with the customer
• Other operations-related tasks
